Hi,
My name is Bella Garza, and I am the owner and baker of Que Bella Bakery. I have always been passionate about food and had dreams of owning my own bakery. At fourteen I found out I was gluten intolerant. I thought the dream of baking full time was over. I began eating gluten-free and realized while many people are also gluten-free, there are not many gluten-free options out there. I went back to the kitchen, tested recipes, tested gluten-free flour, and began baking gluten-free treats. Finally, I had delicious gluten-free treats.
My purpose at Que Bella Bakery is to bake the most delicious gluten-free sweets in the Rio Grande Valley area. As Que Bella Bakery has grown I now offer gluten-free dairy-free sweets, gluten-free vegan sweets, and gluten-free wedding cakes. I believe that no matter the occasion you can have gluten-free treats that are moist, beautiful, and delicious.
Custom Gluten-free cakes and decorated sugar cookies are perfect for any occasion. Que Bella Bakery provides a variety of options that are delicious, beautifully decorated, and are made in my gluten-free kitchen.
